I have managed to complete this Zvezda figure, representing none other than Louis-Alexandre Berthier, Napoleon's chief of staff. To add some variety to an otherwise not very interesting figure, I've included it in a small diorama, with a lower-ranking member of staff and an ADC.
The figures were painted in a standard way. I think I've come to paint this sculpting style particular to Zvezda quite right. It was a bit fiddly to assemble the table and chair.
I have used two layers of drybrush on the base, and added some extra rocks and furniture because the table and floor were sticking out too much.
What a delightful piece of work András.

DeleteA small diorama, but full of meaning! Well done!
ReplyDeleteThat is a nice little command/staff/HQ element that adds a bit of variety.
