In the past year, according to my calculations, I have completed:
2011 figures and other items, of which
28mm: 186pcs
1/72: 110pcs
6mm: 1680pcs
Other: 35pcs
not counting large models.
This translates to a total PU score of 11857,5, and a monthly average PU of 988,13, or, roughly 168 figures per month.
My monthly PU output can be traced on the following graph:
June and November were my most productive months, with November scoring marginally higher. My worst months were January and October.
If you view a quarterly distribution, Q1 is a bit behind but otherwise output is fairly evenly distributed.
By the count of numbers only, it is of no surprise that roughly 83,5% of all the painted figures are 6mm. I managed to bring my Schultze-Böhnstadt ImagiNation forces to completion this year, and celebrated this by ordering more 6mm figures, this time Napoleonics.

By the PU count, the difference between 6mm and other scales is a bit less pronounced, about 58,8%.
Uncompleted PU carry-over is about 20,6% (the amount of total PU includes projects that were left in an assembled/primed/painted but uncompleted state by the end of the month), which means that on the grand scale I manage to finish four out of five figures in the same month I started them.
I think I managed to come up with a good system to trace my painting output and the current state of my figure collection, which is going to help me with future projects.
What about my plans for 2026? Well, stay tuned for the next posting...
