Finished 'him' last year but this week's rather busy and thought I'd post about it now. This kit is rare around here so I grabbed it on Games Day, assembled in the student hostel and painted at home. Quite content with the camo.
Rear view with the extra wheels, they were used for steering according to wikipedia.
Other side of the thing. Revell aqua colors Earth Brown and Sea Green for most parts, guess it's not as historical as it could be. Black undercoat, brown, then green, then highlights, brown+green drybrush, grey drybrush, quickshade+finish was the way. The tracks are undercoat+drybrush only.
Front.
Another angle.
The base is still a remainder of a cardboard(?) box with sand and static grass added. Mixed some red to the earth brown color to paint it, then added some white and yellow for drybrushing.
Hi, Andrew: a different genre, fine paint scheme, and neat base = super nice modeling, Sir!
