Here's all the (so far) planned and painted Polish cavalry for my 17th century big skirmish games.
The Big Boys, Warlord hussars and command.
Behind them, pancerni medium cavalry, Warlord plastic TYW conversions (I added lances, chainmail, bows etc., variously from green stuff, 50mm paperclips and the GB Arab light cav. set). Cheapest pancerni on the market, I dare say.
Western style Polish dragoons on a bit calmer horses, again Warlord European cavalry conversions (which mostly included some hand swaps and fur hats).
These auxiliary Cossack cavalrymen were featured earlier, they are just here to bolster the ranks.
Just to add more 'proxy' figures, there's a dozen more Fireforge Mongols in the making, which could be used as Crimean or Lithuanian Tatars, and fight for either the Cossacks or the Poles.

Great looking Polish cavalry, very tempting to add to my war of three kingdoms armies!

Thank you for your kind comment Iain. Any 17th century Eastern European troops can add variety to a table. And as mercenaries they wandered far and away.
