I won't get much money in September mainly due to not finding a summer job again. I post and comment scarcely these times but I wouldn't say I am busy. I have read through most of R.E. Feist's books and some on military history too, besides painting and cycling half an hour a day there wasn't much happening. My sole holiday was seeing the fireworks show on 20 August from the dorm and visiting high school friends for a long weekend. Sensing the oncoming storm I dare say this term will be even more difficult than the previous two, no idea how much will I paint (probably less but still a lot).
I will buy some Samurai as somehow my interest got sparked in that part of the world and period. Two or three rivaling samurai armies would be a good deal of fun and Zvezda makes very nice figures. For that I will need some more Vallejo colors, the first lot's armor will be blue or green (but that is just the main color).
In the meantime I'm running low on the plastic pile, only half a box of unpainted HäT French chasseurs are what remains unpainted. I have already painted the two Samurai figures I have from the kinder eggs and will look for the other 2 on flea markets.
Here's the chance to tell I had been the lucky one to win a fancy book on Millsy's 50k hits giveaway over the Canister&Grape blog for which I am very grateful both to him and good ol' Fortuna. I'm afraid I will dare not risk my luck again for a little while as during the past I never won a single thing like this for at least a year. Nor any chance on the lottery, to be honest.
Plus a late welcome to the followers I had not yet greeted, in alphabetical order:
