Rules page update

The 'Rules' page (accessible from above) now includes three fresh PDF files:

• Inter Arma booklet for World War Two skirmish games
• Coal and Steel, a pre-dreadnought wargame
• Easy Tricorne Battles, a bit larger scale and the title explains it all.

I'd like to encourage everyone to browse through them and test them. And please inform me of any errors in grammar you find.
