Naked Plastic, Episode 5559.


This is how 400 1/72 Napoleonic figures look like removed from their bases and subjected to the treatment of drain cleaner. The ones above are done, they only need some scrubbing. The ones below need a second bath, this time with the Mr Proper version, because the one I bought does not seem to work that well.
Ages old oil and enamel paint are removed rather easily, the same cannot be told about acrylics.


I'm working with the drain cleaner outside in the yard, so the fumes are not an issue. I'm also wearing eye protection, a long sleeve shirt and gloves. All precautions taken.
