They're made from styrofoam, cut and grinded here and there to look a bit ruined. Base is the usual cardboard, varnish+fine sand.
Either for replacing destroyed buildings' walls or to separate country yards and estates.
It just takes a layer of paint and some heavy drybrushing to achieve great effect.
